Re: [apple-iphone] Daughter's iPhone getting my texts

Check Settings-Messages on the iPhones

Check Text Message Forwarding is not to each other , although it shouldnt be according to your info

Check "Send and Recieve" contains your cell number, email, and not daughters, and vice versa

Subject: [apple-iphone] Daughter's iPhone getting my texts

SO I got a new iPhone set up my daughter with my old iPhone.  All was well until we hooked her phone up to my computer synched some music onto it through iTunes. THEN, we turned on her iMessaging abilities shortly after that on her phone.

Now, she is getting both the texts sent to her number the texts sent to my number.  Totally separate Apple accounts user names, but she somehow is still linked to mine.

In a nutshell: Can anyone tell me where I go to sigh her phone out of my Apple ID?

I've looked all over iTunes all over her phone.  Everything has her signed in under her own Apple ID, but I know there is one place, somewhere, that she is signed in under my user ID.

Thanks, -Andy P.
