I don't have a fix for that other than turning the phone off, throwing the phone out of the car or closing the Music app. Two of the above are dangerous and difficult while driving.
That happens to me also, it usually starts without any input from me.
I am curious what car you are using when this happens. I have a VW Jetta and I believe the problem is with the bluetooth connection between the phone and the car or how the VW processes the info from the phone. It never happens to me when just using the phone away form the car.
