Thanks everyone. I appreciate your responses. I used to use a slightly damp microfiber cloth on my other phones but when Verizon told me that and actually showed me how well it worked, I made the mistake of trusting them. Don't know if I removed the coating or not from the 2 months of using the hand sanitizer. The screen looks the same to me but it may be one of those things that I wouldn't notice? Will stop using the Purell and go back to the damp microfiber cloth. Thanks for the help!
