When I finally decided to upgrade, it failed the first time. So I tried it over night and I think it finished . That was on my iphone 5.
I had not problems with me iphone 6+.
I may be mistaken but I think sometimes it is the internet that is at fault or it is that Apple is very busy or maybe it depends
on which phone you have and how much room it as on it.
