I reset the network settings but no change. I keep getting the same message that name or password is incorrect. It is correct. I've tried wiping and retyping with no luck. I've deleted and reinstalled. Still couldn't send. Also, how can it be wrong if I can receive mail?

Reset Network Settings has nothing to do with email. You may have to reset connections to BT, WiFi connections. It will reset cellular networks connections, with your providers latest settings. It has nothing to do with email settings, just your ability to reach the email servers.
