So, did iOS 8.1.3 resolve the huge size by that much, that it now makes sense to do it OTA?
With the possible exception of those without enough available space on their iOS device.
The reason I ask is that I do not currently have internet access at home and I seem to have problems downloading the upgrade into iTunes at the public library.
