You can also log into iCloud.com. Once you're logged in click on the down arrow next to your name in the upper right - and choose iCloud settings. I had this same problem once, and even though I changed the setting in my phone (Settings/Mail/Contacts & Calendars), I still had the problem until I went to iCloud.com.
