[apple-iphone] iphone tethering stopped .I need help.

 

I have a iPhone 3gs.

I recently reformatted it . I also updated the iTunes on my laptop which I connect it to.

Now, I do see personal hotspot on phone , but when I connect them nothing happens.

What do I need to do to reconnect my personal hotspot feature .
