I need to upgrade my iOS. Can someone tell me "in kinder garden language" how I can do this. I have the iPhone 4.
Thank you in advance for any help. First of all I had called Verizon. I was going to have to go on iTunes and do several things or they said I could take it to our local store and they could do it very quickly. I decided it would be easier for me to take to the store. Well, I did that today and was told that part of their computers were locked and that I would just have to do it from my computer. She wrote a few things that I should do, but after opening iTunes, I could not even find the very first link that she told me to click on. My Husband, that really knows computers, could not find it either!
So, please help!
