[apple-iphone] Unable to Use Bluetooth and Wireless

 

I'm not sure when it started - maybe after updating to iOS 6.1.3, but I can no longer use Bluetooth or wireless on my iPhone 4s. The wireless is greyed out and Bluetooth is just searching. Does anyone know what I can do to get them working again?
