[apple-iphone] iPhone 4S, weak stamina on battery

 

Is it possible to replace the battery on the 4S ? Mine is not holding a good
charge and it is especially noticeable when I put the phone into a CHARGEIT!
2X or even a fresh, new 1900mah RoHS external battery (identical to the
CHARGE IT!).

If I take it out of the external battery and plug in the 16 ? pin - it will
charge right up to 100% but with the battery switched on and charging with a
mini USB, the phone keeps losing power down to about 84%.

Not sure how old the 4S is but I have had it for about 2 yrs.

Help?
