No. Apple requires that any App pay then 30% of any product sold so in
order to not give up 30% of their revenue, Amazon (Kindle), Barnes &
Nobles, etc all took the ability to purchase out of their apps so everyone
could still use them but not have to pay more to cover the costs.
You can "get around" this by using Safari or any web browser to go to
Amazon, purchase item there then open the Kindle app and it will appear,
etc.
