Thank all of you for all the help. I have just got to try and figure some
of this out. I am sure I wll be getting back with you. To answer your
question, I am using a PC. Also, as to what version of iOS I have....it's
whatever came with the phone. The phone is an i phone4, which next month I
will have had for 2 years.

I am sure I have never used it for nearly all that it will do! They just
kinda gave me the phone and that was kinda it!

Again, thanks to all of you and I will be trying to carefully go over all
info you have sent. You have all been so great. Just having everything to
go wrong at this end lately. Happens sometimes!
