Ken,
After I go to Settings>General.....there is no Software Update.
Now, when was the last time I upgraded my ios? Ummmmmm.....I never had!

I did something from itunes the other day and it did let me start using my
apps again, but now under my contacts, I have all kind of crazy stuff. Like
e-mail addresses! Anyway I thought I was safe as far as the ios's were
concerned, however, just today Netflix is saying it needs to be upgraded, so
I will go in and see what I can find. I'm sure I will have to ask more
later.

Thanks so much for your help. I'm kinda stuck!
