[apple-iphone] iExplorer problem

 

Hi
I have a problem using iExplorer, there is a back up in my iTunes from my iPhone apps but I can't drag them to iExplorer, it show me this error:unable to open target directory/error opening path.
what should I do now to fix this problem, I really need these files because all my information in my iPhone have been deleted and I just have this backup.
please help me what to do
