We have different iTunes accounts. I gave Rob my password and name of iPhone and he was able to use his Find My iPhone to find mine. For me, it's "peace of mind" to keep Find My iodine on all the time.

I didn't notice my iPhone 4 had dropped out of my pocket until I was about 5 miles away. I couldn't remember where I last had it. Rob used Find My iodine from his iPhone and located it. We went to where the app said it was, made the phone make the Find My iodine noise and found it. Boy, you really don't know what it's like to lose your iPhone with all your personal info in it until you do. You really find out how much you depend on your iPhone.
