I ordered 2 iPhone 5s on Saturday at the AT&T store. They said 3-4 weeks for both. But today (1 business day later) I got an email that mine (64 Gb black) had shipped. My husband's (32 Gb white) hasn't shipped yet.
Also I didn't have to pay the $36 fee per phone the website was going to charge me, and I was able to get the extra lightning cables I wanted.
