[apple-iphone] iPhones, iPads not always appearng in iTunes

 

I have noticed this, not sure if it was since iTunes 10.7 or iOS6.

Devices may not appear in iTunes. Turn devive off then on gets it showing.

Sometimes I run a sync, and when it goes to backup, I get a message saying that it cannot establish a connection, although iTunes shows the device.

I am on Windows 7 laptop, iPhone 5, iPad3. No changes to laptop or Wifi Router, TP-Link WR8960

No issues with wifi for the devices outside of these iTunes issues
