I thought I had a fix, I used Guest User, and it downloaded the latest update, and I got the message my phone would restart, but soon after got the same message that iTunes could not activate the phone. If there is a toll free number to call, what is it? any idea what causes this, and if its happening to others as well?
thanks,
shahara

What I really meant is I don't have internet at home.
I just looked into Tech Support, and mine has expired. (Bought the 4S in April.)
Would it be best for me to send it in? Or pay the $19 to get it fixed via a phone call?
thanks again,
~shahara

I find that iOS downloads are always smoother if I tether to my computer
instead of depending on the wifi connection. Wifi is usually good, but this is a big download, and can screw up occasionally.
