Yes, I had my appointment today and explained my two intermittent problems. They asked for the phone "to check the serial number" but in fact checked for the water damage marker :). A little bit latter I walked out with a new black 64GB iPhone. Hopefully I will not see these problems again. You just can't fault Apple's customer service.
