I wish I could answer that, Vishal, but all I know of CC is that it works perfectly (here in southeastern Michigan) at a very reasonable price. CC does have a website, which may lead to more information.

I have the senior plan at $45 month: 200 minutes phone, 200 MB data and no texting. Consumer Cellular seems very reasonable and tempting. Here is a link to their plans.
