My husband took a video yesterday of my recital and it is very grainy. My phone videos don't look like that-much clearer and sharper. I don't know if
he has a setting wrong or maybe it is something else. Just asking?
His still pictures are a little grainy as well.
also when he is about to take a picture, his screen if divided into a grid of squares. I tried to get rid of them...but couldn't find a way to do it.
I know it must be there, but I'm not smart enough to find it, so need your help! We both have iphone5
