[apple-iphone] waiting for changes to be applied.

 

iPhone 5S iOS 7.1.1 iTunes 11.2.2

When sync by wifi or cable connected, gets stuck at waiting for
changes to be applied.

When sync iCloud Backup works fine.

Any suggestions
