They are not limiting the data but the speed. You have unlimited but after 5GB it may take you a "day" to download. They try to limit the media bandwidth hogs. Not fair but effective!!

What? An unlimited 5MB plan? That's nuts. Limiting to 5MB makes the plan limited, at least to my way of thinking and the definition in the dictionary.AliceJust FWIW, FYI, my son received a new iPhone 4S for Christmas this year - he received a text from AT&T in December that if he used much more data on his "unlimited" plan, his download speeds would go down. On investigating with an AT&T agent, we were told that for his "unlimited" phone data, it really meant that 1) he could use only 5 GB/month, and that 2) if he went over this, his download speeds would decrease until the end of the billing period.
