[apple-iphone] Traveling to Spain - Prepaid SIM Card for iPad or iPhone

 

Hi all,

I'm traveling to Spain for vacation at the end of March and would like to get a local Spanish SIM card to put in either my iPhone or preferably my iPad. I have an older iPhone 3GS which I have unlocked and an iPad 3rd generation with the micro Sim.

Any suggestions on which carriers to use in Spain so that I can get LTE service on my iPad and share it as a hotspot? Preferably would like to get a pre-paid SIM with several GB to use for the 2 weeks I'm there.

Anyone have any experience with T-mobile (USA) - they are advertising that their data plan works in many countries with no additional charge beyond monthly charge you pay in the US. I was thinking that might be an option.
