I initially had the same problem with only seeing a 10GB limit. As I was
preparing a message to support about this I noticed the Box app version
was still 2.x.x. When I installed the Box app on my iPhone it installed
an older version of the app. This is an iPhone 4 that is new to me.
After I received this iPhone I did a fresh loaded (DFU) of iOS, which
upgraded it to iOS 7.04. So this device had not previous versions
of the Box app installed.
Previously I had loaded the older version of the Box app on my iPod
Touch 3rd generation with iOS 5.1.1 (newest version Apple lets me
upgrade to). I am using the same Apple ID on both devices so I am
thinking that the old version was in my iTunes account and that is what
it used to install from.
Back to the iPhone I went into the App Store on the device and did an
upgrade, which installed the Box app version 3.0.0 (5176). After opening
the new Box app my space was upgraded to the 50GB limit. So all is well
now.
BTW I just checked my iPod and it had Box app version 2.8.7 (3978). I
tried doing an upgrade on it but it gives me a message that the new Box
version requires. iOS 6.0 or later
