Re: [apple-iphone] Re: Apple ID

I started out with a non-Apple address for iTunes. It was before any app stores or iCloud. It was pay MobileMe. Then MobileMe became free and I changed accounts to a .mac. I'm glad that when I had my first iTunes account I didn't buy a lot from iTunes. Most I bought from Amazon. So, changing accounts didn't mess things up too bad. I just rebought.  Amazon didn't have their silly Amazon player back then so it was easier to get things into iTunes.

I have 2 itunes ID's but not because I wanted two. I had to change my apple ID at some point and iTunes would not let me merge the two id's, which for me is a terrible idea. So now when I update certain apps I have I have to be sure to remember the passwords for which ID since I purchased older apps under the former ID. Each ID is associated with a different email address since at the time I don't think I had an apple address.
