[apple-iphone] Find my iPhone

 

I have a Iphonr 5s with expired iOS 7-1 beta 2

I can't upgrade to beta 4 because find my iPhone is on.

Find my iPhone on other devices still shows old location and does not give the option to remove.

If I use erase data will that allow me to upgrade and not erase the sim?

Any suggestions?
