That was the problem. Cord I was using for a long time wasn't charging. In 10 mins. With new charger went from 46% to 58%. Thanks for this tip.

had the same issue with a desk charger a couple of weeks ago. solution was to change out the desk charger. if you have a second charger give that a try.

I've had my iPhone 4S plugged for several hours. Battery wasn't discharged completely, had 32% battery when plugged into charger. After several hours it now reads 35%. I've checked the plug connections, all good.
Any suggestions?
