Might it act like that if you have plenty of battery left?

Subject: [apple-iphone] Low Power Mode
Since upgrading to iOS 9, I've run into a very irritating situation. I turn on low power mode but it won't stay on. Reboot my phone or plug it in and low power mode shuts off.. Is there any way of telling my iPhone to stay in low power mode until I physically turn it off?
