Yes my settings were changed twice; once with 9.0 and then with 9.1 . This all started after the updates. I don't knowingly run beta versions of software or operating systems.
I cleaned out many photos from my phone and cleaned up my mail. I was not backing up photos to iCloud before the OS update. I don't see where there is an option to backup music on the phone.
I tried backing up to the cloud via iTunes and it goes through the process but the last backup date does not change. It is stuck on 9/18/2015. As I stated in my original post, I can back up to my iMac sucessfully.

I'm thinking some of these settings were changed with the iOS updates which is annoying.

All the reasons I haven't gone to clouds yet. Never know where or if stuff is.

well I looked further into my backup options and it was backing up my photos and songs into the cloud(which I definitely don't remember turning on)AnnAfter the upgrade to iOS 9 my iPhone 5 will not back up to iCloud. I am now running iOS 9.1.0 . I get a pop up message that there is not enough storage space and an offer to upgrade my storage space.
I have 4.3GB of available space on my 5GB iCloud storage account.
A message on the phone settings/manage storage says that my next backup size is 0 bytes.
A reset did not resolve this issue.
The phone will back up to my iMAC.
Comments and suggestions are welcome.
Thanks,
Bobby
