Since upgrading to iOS 9, I've run into a very irritating situation... I turn on low power mode but it won't stay on. Reboot my phone or plug it in and low power mode shuts off.. Is there any way of telling my iPhone to stay in low power mode until I physically turn it off?

It is a free service, so don't expect it to change. It is also a common complaint/problem posted on most support lists.
I can click cancel 20 times, still pops up. extremely annoying without a way to shut the thing off!
