[apple-iphone] Corrupt Backup

 

Not quite sure how I managed to do it but I somehow deleted everything on my iPhone 5. I have a recent backup through iTunes but when I tried to restore it I get a message that the file is corrupt. Is there anything I can do to get my stuff back?
