I wonder if anyone else might have some ideas?You can connect your iPhone to your computer, right-click on the iPhone in the left pane of iTunes, and choose "Transfer Purchases", and Apps bought on the iPhone should get copied to iTunes.

Or, when you Sync, iTunes will probably come up with a message about material on the iPhone that is not in iTunes, and ask what you want to do with them.
