I've had email close for no reason, iMessage shut down and my 2ns gen iPad mini reboot for no reason. Doesn't happen very often so I don't mind. I expect things like that with betas.
All in all I like iOS 9. I like the slide out side bar and use it quite a bit, especially for iMessage. Side-by-side app multitasking doesn't work for me. My iPad mini is too old.

Yes, been using it with almost no problems. Once in a while iMessage will just abort and close, but I have not experienced any other bugs yet.
