After I was forced to change my Apple password to a more secure password last week I have been unable to use my iPad or my MacBook Pro to send or receive any text messages to anyone with a smart phone other than an iPhone.........I can still reach them with the iPhone itself, but it will not go to or from the other phones.
I was on the phone for over 2 hours today with Verizon and then with an Apple Tech who passed me off to a supervisor who promised to call me back but did not. The situation is not resolved.
I am sure there must be a setting that I have missed butI can't seem to find it and neither could either of the tech I talked with today.
Does anyone out there have any ideas about this situation?
My MacBook Pro is a 13" with Yosemite V10.10.3
IPad is iPad 3 - ios8.3
iPhone is iPhone 6 with iOS 8.3
