[apple-iphone] pictures importing into windows

 

I thought when I plugged my phone into my Windows 8 computer -  it used to ask me to import my pictures – that it had found a device.

 

Now when I plug my phone into the computer  - it doesn't recognize the device at all and I can't find the phone or how to get my pictures.  I do see iCloud photos but no videos?

 

How can I get my videos on the computer.
