[apple-iphone] Screen Lock Picture

 

iPhone 5s with iOS8.

Want to add a picture to use as  a lock screen (with ICE phone numbers on the picture),and when click to add a picture, with perspective zoom on, the only part of the picture comes through.  How do I get the picture to fit
