Yes. I created another folder called Camera Roll but had to take a lot of time " hunting down" what I had in it by sorting through tons of "moments". Now what used to be automatic - I have to manually move any pictures I take on my phone ftp. The recently added to that camera roll. For if I forget it will be gone in 30 days. This new "feature" is the one I dislike on my 5s.

Again, I'm still in iOS 7 on 5s and iPad 4, but I read somewhere that you can work around Camera Roll by just creating a new folder somewhere in the Photos app and, for the sake of argument, call it Old Camera Roll. I understand the iOS 7 Camera Roll split into two other folders with new names in iOS 8, but can't recall what they're called right now.DickSent from my iPad 4------------------------------------------------Richard E Johnson, ScM, MD, DABA

I use Camera Roll a great deal. I've never actually seen that in iOS 8, but have read that it occurred.DickOne of the very few things I do NOT like about iOS 8
