[apple-iphone] Instagram Video question ??

 

I made a little 5 second time-lapse and formatted as a .mov. It is 274 KB.

I emailed it to myself and put it in my iPhone photo album. When I open
instagram, it recognizes it as a Video and allows me to select it. When I
try to add the video it just freezes.

Is there a way to do this or can you only use videos you shot in camera ?
