They have allowed you your own decision.
They are telling you there is an upgrade available for your iDevice.
They have not installed.
And every day, when it checks the Apple servers, it finds there is still an update available.
And yet all they do is tell you about it.
They don't install it.
How is that not allowing you your own decision?
