I have already done that. Everything is fine except the keyboard & contrast of keys/background in message typing in mail.

Yes, I did. It's not the background contrast on the home pages, it's the contrast in the mail message writing keyboard. The letters are so thin and dim and the contrast between the keys and background in back of keys is almost nonexistent. That's what I'm trying to fix. The contrast on the home pages is fine as well as the black background I've chosen for wallpaper.
