I'm an early adopter and like iOS 7.

My wife prefers to take more time before switching AND she's having trouble with what she experiences as the low contrast between text and background that shows up on many screens like:

list of email accounts to choose from in mail

keyboard

To name just two.  On the keyboard is probably because of the thin font and that doesn't seem to selectable (unfortunately).

I've tried making the screen brighter and making email fonts larger and bold.  To both of our eyes, this doesn't really increase contrast and it might to others.

Ideas are invited!
