Jim, The first post in this thread is me saying that it will install on the iPad.

So download Keynotes on the 5S and see if you can then use it on the iPad.

All of the iWork suite of apps are marked in the store with the "+" sign to indicate that the app is designed to work properly on both the iPhone and the iPad.
