Thanks Jim, I missed that.
All of the phone companies since before Ma Bell have used a crazy accounting and billing system. And they cheat by billing for calls and service you don't make. I have caught them on both landline and cellular. At least I don't remember traveling from the West Coast to the East Coast in 20 minutes over a span of 2 months. But they tried to tell me I was making calls from both coasts, and after adjusting for time zones, the calls were 20 minutes apart.
Yeah, I get a $15 discount off since I switched off the "unlimited" data plan to the Mobile Share Value plan. Just as someone else posted on this or another list. So what, they give the same discount to whoever uses that plan.
The same goes with data, they have doubled my data through 2017. As they have told me about 5 times, each time implying it was special just to me, but it seems everyone is getting it. So why not just say, "Hey, we've temporarily lowered out rates, if you happen to use more data."

In addition, having switched to the Next program a few months ago, AND bought a new iPhone 6+ at the same time, my bill has a specific monthly charge for the new phone purchase, listed distinctly from the service charge.
