I would take a look at the audiobooks.com website to see if they show a way for you to contact their customer service for help.

I tried what you suggested. I now have the books on the desktop. They are also in iTunes and can be listened to there. I still can't figure out how to get them to the iPhone. I did sync. The two previous books I had finished are still there but the 3 new ones still don't show up. The problem is probably because I did not buy them through iTunes. I got them through audiobooks.com (which I understand may now be a part of Amazon.) That used to work. They show up in a file "Recently Added" in the Audiobooks section. "Recently Purchased" has them along with 40 or so others I already had there. Only about 8 of those are on the phone. When I click on the Audiobook app on the phone, they show the older two, but not the new ones.Carolann Martin
