My biggest problem with video converter software is it sometimes gives me the Spanish version of the program. I don't speak foreign - any foreign - so whenever it does that it I've wasted my time. I also have trouble getting rid of the stupid sub-titles. Some converter software enables them by default. Maybe handbrake will do a better job, I will have to give it a try.
