Thanks. Date and Time might have been a cellular issue last week, and the thumb print is working better, but I think I'll do what you said and add a second finger. Thanks.

You might try adding your print of a different finger and even making a new one of your thumb. My touch ID works very well unless my fingers are very cold or even slightly damp. You might try rebooting your phone by holding down the Home and On/Off buttons together until the Apple logo appears on your screen to try to correct the date and time issue.

I've had a 4s for 2 1/2 years and just upgraded to the iPhone 6. I love it. It works great. Being legally blind, I love the sharper display, the touch ID and the bigger scree. A couple of questions for you all.1. The touch ID works about 80% of the time, but once in a while when I put my thumb over the button it doesn't always recognize it and eventually asks for my passcode. Is this normal? My sister has a 5s and I guess her touch ID is finicky too.2. Once in a while, the date and time at the top of my lock screen don't show. Is this because my wifi conection is slow and it's not picking up the date/time? Usually when I do a power off and on, it comes back. Any ideas what might be causing this?Other than that, the 6 is great. Takes great pics and vids too.God bless you all.Mike from Wells Maine.Mike.
