I would first check to see if the credit card charge was processed. If it was, I would then call Apple support. If it was not, I would repeat the storage upgrade process. I seem to recall that the storage increase showed up in iCloud on my devices very quickly when I upgraded.

I decided to become a big spender this morning and increase my iCloud storage to 50GB from the standard 5GB.
I confirmed my credit card data and everything seemed to proceed as expected. However, 11 hours later I still don't see my storage increase on any of my devices.
How long does it take?
I have not received a notice from Apple about the monthly charge to my account but that often takes days based on previous experience with buying apps.
I am reluctant to go in and repeat the process and end up with two storage charges per month.
Any comments or advice on this matter?
Thanks,
Bobby
