be very interested if an app is discovered or created for this purpose. I have a radio show and would love to be able to do interviews etc by phone using my iPhone and a recorder app.

I don't know much about this type of thing, but perhaps you could put your phone on speaker phone and use a tape recorder, and also have someone else near you listening but not participating in the conversation.
